As spring rolls along we have another springtime pasta for you. Our Stuffed Pappardelle is filled with house-made ricotta cheese, fresh english peas and mint. We love this flavor combination each year and are excited to offer it as pasta for you to enjoy. Pappardelle itself is classically a hand-cut ribbon style noodle. Rachael hand-cuts each of these ribbons but first stuffs each noodle with this vernal flavor combination. This unique shape is super gramable and we always love to see those posts.
