It is always an honor to be able to talk to folks about our craft and the Star Tribune had a fun lens to view us through. Grace Yarrow wrote an artice about how;
“Using the photo-based social media platform can offer home chefs and small businesses direct access to customers, bypassing traditional growth tools. ”
Grace talked with Rachael about starting her company in the pandemic and how Instagram was the platform Rachael used to reach her supporters.
The article gets social media options from other business people such as; Rosalie Morton of Padilla PR firm in Minneapolis, Cat Polivoda from Minneapolis boutique Cake Plus-Size Resale, Emily Deutschman of Curly Girl Boutique, Jenny Huynh of Wildflower Macarons and of course our friends Peter and Linda of Saturday Dumpling Club. Everyone was posotive about social media as it is objectivley a great tool for companies to reach their supporters.
Shari L. Gross came out to potograph Rachael as went through her process making a post for the gram. This was a cool experience as Rachael got to talk with a photographer who was interested in that side of her company and the aestheic of her brand. Shari was cool and we look forward to her shooting our pasta for the food section (maybe with your petition)!
Thank you Star Trib and read the article here.
