These special agnolotti are filled with Shepherd's Way Sogn tomme style cheese, special edition acorn La Quercia prosciutto and apple butter made from local gala apples. The prosciutto is made in Iowa with heritage breed tamworth pork from forest foraging pigs. A combination highlighting some of the best of our region.
