Our own blend of Bakersfield Einkorn ancient grain wheat and organic semolina flour make this extruded spaghetti. Einkorn is higher in protein than modern wheat and is one of the first grains cultivated and eaten more than 12,000 years ago. A classic we all know and love as dried pasta, this freshly extruded spaghetti has greater texture, flavor and sauce holding potential.
