Our black Cappellacci Di Zucca is filled with roasted local sweet dumpling squash. We mix the squash with Sartori's SarVecchio parmesan. A treat to enjoy and celebrate this harvest season. Cappellacci, shaped like a straw hat, dates all the way back to 1584 and the court of duke Alfonso II d'Este. A very niche halloween costume.
