Our own blend of Bakersfield Einkorn ancient grain wheat and organic semolina flour make this extruded long noodle (gemelli pictured for packaging reference). Einkorn is higher in protein than modern wheat and is one of the first grains cultivated and eaten more than 12,000 years ago. This think spaghetti like noodle has a hole running through it that is great for soaking up sauce. Bucatini is a crowd pleaser that is great in carbonara and cacio e pepe.
