Our own blend of Bakersfield Red Fife heritage grain wheat, organic semolina flour and squid ink make this spooky extruded long noodle (gemelli pictured for packaging reference). Red Fife is a hearty winter wheat that we love in our pasta. This think spaghetti like noodle has a hole running through it that is great for soaking up sauce. Bucatini is a crowd pleaser that is great in carbonara and cacio e pepe.
