As the markets fill with amazing produce, so does our menu. This week we have two new sauces!

First is our GARLIC SCAPE PESTO. This pesto is made from the garlic flowers shoots that are trimmed, the scape, for bulb production. These scapes are beautiful but when they straighten out and become flowers, they take nutrients from the bulb. A food system should not throw out delicious product so we buy these scapes from our farmers and turn them into seasonal pesto for you. We add fresh garden basil, sunflower seeds and Sartori parmesan, this pesto is truly an annual treat.

Finally, we added RED GRAVY. This is a meat sauce made from Liquid Gold. Flavorful drippings from the amazing braised Blackberry Ridge Farm shortibs are combined with red sauce to make this savory sauce. This sauce is liquid gold, organic Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, roasted garlic and a depth of flavor that will turn any of our pasta offerings into an amazing main course for your family dinner.

This stunning shape is super gramable and fomo inducing. You know we love to see your posts so make sure to tag us and enjoy these folks!

Bianco DiNapoli

“Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes are organically-grown and harvested in Northern California. Long summer days and fertile soil produce these very unique & delicious tomatoes. Within hours of harvest, our plum- shaped tomatoes are washed, steam-peeled and hand selected at the cannery. Each can of the original whole-peeled is packed with a touch of sea salt, organic basil then topped in its own juices. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!” According to their website.

Wisconsin cranberries and local Camembert cheese fill these festive caramelle. Perfectly wrapped for your holiday feast.
