This Grilled Corn Ravioli is filled with local swewet corn. The Untiedt’s farm sweet corn gets grilled over charcoal and wood. Rachael mixes the corn with Sartori Sarvecchio parmesan cheese and house-made ricotta cheese. This ravioli is already such a crowd pleaser why not make it a stunning circle rav with stripes to pop? We love the produce we get from Untiedt’s farms. Their corn is amazing but we love their strawberries, watermelons, cantaloupe and literally anything they have recommended. Beyond the flavor we support their goals.
