You asked for them and they are here. Culurgiones are back in a big way. Culurgiones are a Sardinian shape made from flour & water pasta have a dumpling like texture. We have 3, yes varieties to choose from. Our Traditional and Midwest are back with the addition of Shortrib Each variety comes as an 8 pack, enough for 2 – 3 people, although photo of reference shows a pack of 6 culurgiones.

Traditional Culurgiones are filled with creamy potato, fresh mint and Shepherd’s Way Friesago, local, award winning cheese.

Midwest Culurgiones are our midwestern twist on Culurgiones. Filled with creamy potatoes and stuffed with Caves of Faribault’s cave-aged “Fini” cheddar cheese in the center. Delicious in your favorite sauce and is great served as a side.

Shortrib Culurgiones are exactly what they sound like. Rachael braised Blackberry Ridge Farm beef shortribs and combined them with creamy potatoes. Savory and beautiful yet meat and taters at its core. These are them.

This stunning shape is super gramable and fomo inducing. You know we love to see your posts so make sure to tag us and enjoy these folks!
