The warm welcome back last week was very heart-warming everyone. We are so greatful for you all and are excited for you to try this season’s offerings. We have a new spring pasta debuting this week; Triangoli. Triangoli is a modified ravioli Rachael filled with Shepherd’s Hope from Shepherd’s Way. From their website; “Shepherd’s Hope is a unique mild, fresh cheese with a gentle citrus note at the finish. Another multiple award-winner — a 2012 ACS award winner” the accolades aside, this is amazing stuff. As spring is ephemeral, so is this pasta. There are some limited quantities available this week and remember that pickup is Sunday 5/21!
