This Saturday, 12/9, CPC will be popping up again at MARIGOLD on Nicollet! We have become friends with the crew at Marigold and just love seeing the MPLS pasta posse so much that we decided to make it a thing. Pick up your RAVIOLO, BROWN BUTTER & SAGE and SMOKED PECANS then browse their n/a selection or grab a thc beverage to vibe out. Preordering is always recommended but we will have some extras and merch to sell while we are there too if you want to just pop on by.

If you have been with us from the beginning you remember these PULLET EGG RAVIOLO from GRAISE FARM EGGS. On social media you have seen videos from Graise Farm of their chickens and ducks running together as we feature Graise for all our pasta. Well Tiffany and Andy at Graise added some new chickens to their flock, along with an awesome new greenhouse for them to live in, so that means we get pullet eggs. PULLETS are young chickens, and pullet eggs are their first eggs laid, they are adorably small and super flavorful. For this season’s pullet eggs we are making Raviolo filled with creamy ricotta, CAPRA NERA CREAMERY’S Black-Pepper Asiago cheese, and a cute little pullet yolk nested in the center.

SPAGHETTI is Rachael’s favorite noodle as some of you may have heard on Fox 9! Rachael was on Good Day last week talking about her pasta and showing the crew how to make CAPPELLACCI DI ZUCCA. Local koginut squash is roasted until caramelized, sweet, nutty and silky and combined with SARTORI’S SARVECCHIO parmesan for that depth and touch of umami. These beautiful shapes stand tall and are stunning on camera too if we may say so. When we get a link we will share the segment but don’t miss out before our CPC x ABANG YOLI collab!

You heard it right, soon we are teaming up with our friends over at ABANG YOLI. Rachael and Chef Jamie Yoo collaborated on some very special CULURGIONES. More on that and our holiday pickup at the first HOLIDAY MARKET AT DIANE’S PLACE later. We’ve also got GIFT CERTIFICATES and MERCH dropping imminently but this week MARIGOLD x CPC is back for you to pick up pasta as well as shop for your self care needs and grab some of their amazing selection of bevs. The shop goes live at noon so get your orders in and we will see you at the pop-up pasta pickup SATURDAY 12/9 from 3 – 4 at Marigold.
